Chanelle Adams (chanelleadams.info) is a writer, researcher, and translator based in Marseille. Her practice, which includes archival research, independent publishing, and cultural analysis, centers marginalized forms of knowing and that which is outside of dominant knowledge production regimes. Her music reviews, essays, research, and other projects have been published by NPR, Bitch Media, and The Feminist Press among others, and her work presented across North America, Europe, and Africa. Lakshmi Ramgopal is uncategorizable. She's a musician, a writer, and an ancient historian who holds a PhD in Classics from the University of Chicago and explores identity, mobility, and the concept of the archive. She has written on the intersections of race and the occult; authored scholarship on cultural change in the Roman Empire; and released electronic ambient music and toured internationally as Lykanthea, the moniker under which she creates multidisciplinary performances and installation work. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University and is working on her first book and second album, living between Boston and Chicago.
